The FirstFruits 1:17
Giving Model

Immediate mercy. Enduring stewardship.
Multiplied kingdom fruit.

FirstFruits 1:17 Foundation is built around a simple idea: generosity should meet urgent needs today and create lasting fruit for tomorrow.

Rather than only deploying resources once, the foundation uses an endowment model designed to keep generosity working over time.

How It Works

Every gift is directed toward two purposes:

Immediate
Impact

A portion of each gift is deployed to trusted partners serving urgent needs now. This helps feed children, rescue the exploited, care for the vulnerable, and advance the Gospel today.

Long-Term
Endowment Growth

The remaining portion helps build the foundation’s endowment.

As the endowment grows, it can generate future resources for kingdom work year after year.

Current Model

Our current model is designed around approximately:

This allows every gift to carry both urgency and patience: helping today while preparing for tomorrow.

The Giving Tree

Think of the model like a tree.

A seed is
planted.

The tree
grows.

The tree
bears fruit.

That fruit
feeds others.

And the tree
continues
producing.

That is the heart of the 1:17 Giving Model:
generosity that keeps bearing fruit.

A Simple Example

If someone gives $100,000:

Approximately
$33,000

can be directed toward immediate ministry impact.

Approximately
$67,000

can help grow the endowment.

As the endowment grows and generates income, that income can be used to support future kingdom work.

This example is for illustration only. Actual deployment, timing, returns, and impact depend on foundation decisions, partner capacity, market conditions, and God’s provision.

The $1 Billion Vision

The long-term vision is to build a $1 billion endowment.

The purpose is not to preserve wealth for wealth’s sake. The purpose is to create a lasting source of kingdom giving.

At full vision, the endowment could help fund impact at extraordinary scale through trusted partners, including:

Meals for
vulnerable
children

Rescue and
restoration
for exploited
children

Care for
orphans and
widows

Gospel
advancement
around the
world

The original foundation plan connects the $1 billion endowment vision to significant annual giving potential across hunger relief, anti-trafficking rescue, orphan and widow care, and evangelism.

Why This Matters

Some needs cannot wait.

Children need
food now.

The exploited
need rescue now.

The vulnerable
need care now.

The Gospel must
be proclaimed now.

But future needs also require preparation.

FirstFruits 1:17 Foundation exists to do both: give with urgency today and steward with wisdom for generations.
